Product photographs and descriptions are prepared to show each item accurately. Availability can change while you shop. If a paid item cannot be supplied, we will cancel it and return the amount paid.

These terms explain how orders are accepted, paid, delivered, and returned through the OBJECTS / 01 storefront.
2. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is a request to purchase. The order is accepted after successful payment and confirmation by email. Contact support promptly if any confirmation details are incorrect.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT where required. Valid promotions are applied before payment, and the final checkout total includes the confirmed delivery rate and every mandatory charge. Payment is securely handled by the merchant's payment provider.
4. Delivery
Delivery is available to supported addresses across the EU-27. Available methods, the final rate in EUR, and the estimated arrival window are calculated for the destination and confirmed at checkout.
5. Returns and exchanges
You may notify us that you are withdrawing from an eligible purchase within 14 days of delivery, then send it back within the following 14 days. You may inspect and try on clothing as you would in a shop; handling beyond that may reduce the refund. Exchanges depend on stock. Change-of-mind return shipping is paid by the customer.
6. Incorrect or defective items
Contact support promptly with the order number and photographs. We will provide return instructions and cover reasonable return costs when the item is defective, damaged, or different from the order. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
