Payments and delivery
Payment information is handled by the selected payment provider. Delivery details are shared only as needed with the fulfilment provider and carrier that prepare and deliver the order. They do not receive full card details or permission to market to you.
Local device storage
Cart items, wishlist choices, and an applied promo code can be stored in your browser so they remain available on that device. Clearing browser storage removes this information.
Service providers
Information may be shared with providers that support payments, delivery, hosting, communications, security, and analytics. They may use it only for the agreed service and applicable legal duties.
Retention and security
Information is kept only as long as needed for the purpose collected, required records, dispute handling, and security. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are applied.
International transfers
Where a provider processes information outside the EEA, an approved transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards are required. The store minimises every delivery-data transfer to what the order needs.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion, restrict or object to certain processing, request data portability, or withdraw marketing consent. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority. Identity verification may be required before a request is completed.
